REQUIREMENTS

 (all requirements will be validated)

MUST be a LRSD High School graduate.

MUST be a member Parkview High school basketball team. 

MUST have a 3.0 grade point average (Proof REQUIRED)

MUST have letter of intent OR proof of college enrollment

Applications are due Friday, May 31, 2024, no later than 11:59 p.m.
